Concept Visual Identity of Skylar Comic Studios, a creative agency based in Miami, FL. 2021.

Skylar Comic Studios is a film, television, music and creative studio that is known for the production of animated films and characters in the Skylar Comic Book Universe. Known for its diversity in the arts, it is one of the few studios in the industry that consists of a variety of creative positions that offer their own training services from the ground up. It is named after its first main character Skylar Moore, you’ll see the “M” shaped as lightning within the brand logo; which is also a key “mutant” power the hero has. Skylar Comic Studios is in a league of its own and we showcase that using a bold monochromatic look to make its statement.

This project was submitted for a contest in the summer of 2021. The brief was to create a logo using one color and showcasing it on monochromatic mock-ups. Unfortunately, I wasn’t one of the nominees selected. But I still enjoyed the creation process that came with coming up with this logo.
